ELECTRONIC TRANSLATIONS AND TRANSMITTALS CORPORATION (ET&T), was founded in August 1991 in California by co-founders Frank J. Haraksin and Anne M. Knicely. In September 2001, ET&T moved it's operations to Mesa, Arizona. ET&T Clearinghouse is a service organization providing national electronic transactions for medical and institutional claims. Other services include electronic payer reports, electronic remittance, patient eligibility and patient statements. ET&T accommodates for the unique billing needs of a variety of medical specialties, such as: anesthesiology, chiropractic, podiatry, vision, physical therapy, DME and ambulance. ET&T facilitates and expedites claim payments by providing a thorough computer editing process and a friendly, responsive customer service department. This has created a high level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty which have been and continue to be paramount to ET&T’s success.
On April 30, 2010, ET&T Clearinghouse became part of the Health-e-Web, Inc, family of companies.
Co-Founders
Frank J. Haraksin
Mr. Haraksin has a BS degree in Computer Science for Business from DeVry Institute of Technology. He has 20+ years of experience in analysis, design, and programming major applications. The major areas of emphasis have been in Accounting, Real Estate Acct+Mgmt, and Electronic Medical Billing. Prior to founding ET&T, Mr. Haraksin had worked with Electronic Billing for 5+ years.
Anne M. Knicely, CPA
Ms. Knicely has a BA degree in Mathematics from Muskingum College, a MA degree in Accounting from Arizona State University, and Doctoral work in Information Systems. She has experience as a Junior High Math Teacher, an Accountant in both the public and private sector, a College professor in Accounting and Information Systems, a College Dean of Computer Information Systems and Accounting. In addition, she has served as an accounting and application design consultant for Aureus Computer Systems. Ms. Knicely is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona.
