 We develop relationships with vendors,
 with 'long-term' as our goal.

Referrals... YES!
ET&T Corp. is a stand-alone data clearinghouse - meaning we depend on receiving valid output data (i.e.. print image, NSF, or other national formats) from the medical+dental software that our clients utilize.

Software developers, distributors and resellers:  ET&T pays commissions based on your clients' volume, not on physician count.
Get your clients a preferred per-claim rate, email us.

You may e-mail us sample output from your software (read our FAQ section). We will then "grade" the output for you.

We grow because vendors (and billers) like you exercise their freedom to choose the best clearinghouse services.
We stand-alone with high levels of: customer service, enrollment speed and accuracy, claim completeness, ease of use, compatibility and payor acceptance.

ET&T Corp. does not impose any form of "exclusive" requirements upon its clients or referring entities. However, if the utilized medical+dental software imposes an exclusive connection to ET&T Corp. it is done at the sole discretion of the software vendor, and not due to an ET&T Corp. requirement.

ET&T Corp., however, will establish "independent contractor commission agreements" with referring entities that can consistently produce valid output data for our clients to electronically transmit to our services.

ET&T Corp.'s stockholders are individuals - meaning we are not influenced by any outside entities.
Likewise, ET&T Corp. does not hold any influence/stock of software companies.

"Compatibility Document", ET&T ClearingHouse
As stated: ET&T Corp. is a stand-alone data clearinghouse -
meaning we depend on receiving valid output data (i.e. print image, NSF, or other national formats) from the medical+dental software that our clients utilize.

Valid output data comes in various forms at ET&T. Each format has critical boundaries and/or layouts for adherance, such as:
NSF: must follow record layout guidelines as set by HCFA.
PrintImage: must "hit" the applicable form, with each field's data being contained within all horizontal and vertical lines of the form. Data "bleeds" from one box to another is non-adherance and not valid.
Other formats can be coordinated as well.

ET&T is by far the most compatible ClearingHouse, allowing many different forms of medical/dental output to become the input for our services.

In some circumstances, ET&T will allow some "bleeding" print image data to become included in the valid output data. This normally occurs if the software vendor of the output data is out of business, and no further updates are available to our client; this customization will require a written request from the client. If a software vendor is still in business, and their output data does not adhere to the standards, ET&T's policy is to "show the vendor their problems, hoping they will make correction(s) and update our clients".

ET&T "fills the gaps" between a printed HCFA claim and electronic formats. Various payors require information that has no box on a HCFA claim form, depending on provider specialty. ET&T's services include routines that will query for this additional information and will merge the specialty information into the electronic claim. ET&T's founder actually pioneered "print image processing" in 1987. Our method of filling the gaps to get your claims payable is unmatched, we stand alone with this additional service.

How to tell if your PrintImage output data "adheres".
1. Input some claims.
2. Utilize the medical/dental software to print the output to a text file. For identification purposes, we suggest that the first two letters of the file be: ET (such as: ET010302.txt for a file created Jan 03, 2002)
3. Go to your MSDOS Command prompt.
4. Load applicable forms (or blank paper) into your printer.
5. Copy the output text file to your printer, with a command such as:
      COPY \progra~1\software\filename PRN
      COPY \progra~1\software\ET010302.txt PRN
6. Check the output just printed. If you printed the output to blank paper, put an actual form underneath to check for box adherance.
7. If you feel that the data adheres to the form, you may utilize our software to transmit the file to us. If you note problems with the output, we suggest that you contact the software vendor, and fax the output to someone there. If you have followed these steps, please note that ET&T's software and/or services have not come into play. You have used their software and MSDOS services only.
